Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and Mack’s Automotive. I reached out needing help with an insurance estimate on my truck, and Jason went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and willing to go out of his way to make an already stressful situation much easier for our family.
It is rare to come across a business that shows this level of genuine kindness and willingness to help someone simply because they can. We are extremely grateful for Jason’s time, professionalism, and generosity. I would absolutely recommend Mack’s Automotive to anyone looking for a business that truly cares about the people they serve. Thank you again, Jason!

They fixed damages and also fixed some damage that happened earlier when I accidentally backed into my mailbox. They worked great with my insurance company and fixed everything, paint matched and looked like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. Best body shop in the Fairfield area and that I’ve dealt with for years.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area who needs body work done, outstanding place to get your vehicle repaired.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I took my 2022 Mazda CX-9 Carbon Edition in for a repair and was pleasantly surprised that I was given a couple of options: restore it to 100% or try a less expensive repair first. I appreciated the honesty and the fact that they took the time to explain the pros and cons of each approach rather than simply recommending the most expensive option.

The team was professional, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The repair turned out great, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. It's refreshing to find a shop that values transparency and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality auto body work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a phenomenal experience with Mack’s and would highly recommend to anyone in the SE Iowa Area. They did an amazing job repairing my SUV and helped navigate the back and forth frustrations I was having with my insurance company. Despite the insurance issues, they were always very responsive and did an amazing professional job restoring the front end of my SUV. Highly Recommend!
